eConsult is a digital consultation service that gives you access to a Franklyn Medical remote GP or nurses on-demand. Your GP or nurse will respond to your query within 2 hours; irrespective of where you are located.

eConsult also gives access to the following additional services:
- Ask a question about your existing health symptoms
- Ask question about new symptoms
- Schedule an appointment (free)
- Request medical reports (subject to terms & conditions)
- Request medical note (you must be a Franklyn registered patient)
- & More…If you are a registered telehealth patient and have an eConsult Plan (corporate or private) there is no need for any additional payment. If you are not on a Franklyn RemoteCare eConsult plan you will need to pay for the eConsult sessions separately. Payment is by mobile, debit/credit card or bank transfer.
Corporate: if you are busiess such as an oil company or mines and wish to integrate eConsult as part of a medical concierge service for your employees, get in touch and we would be happy to discuss how we can get your initiative up and running.
