Step 1
Register for eConsult Service
Step 2
Pay for session or plan
Step 3
Complete patient consent form
Step 4
Initiate eConsult session
Step 5
Engage in dialogue with medics
Step 6
Receive eConsult plan from doctor/nurse
- Initial eConsult response time is within 2 hours.
- Up to 12 hours interaction between doctor/nurse and patient for query reported. Issues not resolved within this timeframe will be referred for a RemoteCare™ GP session or out-patient visit.
