Book an Appointment

All appointments must be booked via the MyRemoteCare Portal.

Appointment booking is free.  However, you must be eRegister and have paid for a RemoteCare GP service to see a GP or Specialist.

Appointments can be booked directly by the client by accessing the MyRemoteCare Portal via the Franklyn Medical  Telehealth Services helpdesk ( for emergencies)

All appointments booked receive reminders
